Hobbitalia Bisque
Our own massive range of Hobbitalia Bisque is specially made for us in Italy by independant producers who we have developed a close relationship with over many years, controlling the quality and consistancy of all items produced. Quality is of primary importance! Our aim with the Hobbitalia bisque is to be able to offer a very price competitive range, whilst sacrificing none of the quality on which we have built our name as the leading U.K. professionals' suppliers.
We have succeeded in spectacular fashion, with a growing range of very popular basic, as well as classic items, at stunningly low prices!
We make our savings by buying and importing in very large quantities, plus packing in larger box quantities, (mostly 12s instead of 6s, thus saving on cardboard box costs, which are enormous). Whilst not our ethical policy to publish trade prices on open sites, as most others do, we will just tease you with one example, 10 oz mugs from 73p, (to trade in trade orders only).

No other company does everything, absolutely everything, from mining the clays, (amongst many other materials), the processing of the clay products, the glazes, metals, pigments, colours, even the precious metals such as gold, and has parts of the company producing finished ceramics, from tiles through to famous fine art pottery across the world.
When Colorobbia has a bisque problem to solve, their laboratory tools are electron microscopes, colour, hardness and expansion measurement instruments etc, rather than a rap with the knuckles and a scratch of the head! Hence the quality and reliability of their bisque is outstanding. This high quality Colorobbia bisque is then well packed in strong, smart boxes, easy for you to store and transport with less fear of damage.
Mayco Bisque
An extensive range of beautifully produced Contemporary Bisque items, exclusively designed by professional sculptors working for the same company that supplies the widely used 'Stroke & Coat' colour range for bisque. This is the cute stuff! Whether you love it or hate it, there is a wide appeal for some of the more decorative shape in your bisque range. The designers at Mayco work hard to produce pieces that fit current trends in the marketplace, and have found a real winning formula in the outstanding production quality of crisp, sharp detail with minimal seam lines, all at a great value price. All packed in 'extremely well padded' cardboard containers for low risk transportation. We regularly ship 20ft containers of these special items to ensure we hold a decent stock of the most popular pieces. Within this range you will also find the "Additions". Easy to stock due to their small size, are a great way to upsell a standard piece of bisque, simply 'Adding on' an "Addition" that may cost you 50p could add an additional £1-2 to the selling price. Also available is the tough, strong, high fired "Seeley's" Stoneware range of bisque, for when you need real hard wearing durability, which can be decorated with your regular paints.

We hold massive stocks of bisque ready for fast despatch; we regularly use, and test samples of finished pieces, as well as train studio owners in the best usage in their business. Extensive tests with all major colour lines prove both our bisques' compatibility with them, but our recommendation is to use either the worlds most popular Cafe colour line, Mayco Stroke and Coat, or hobby Colorobbias' new impressive colour range "Belissimo" for a fabulous finish which are both completely non toxic and very, very simple to use.
