Welcome to Hobby Ceramicraft's internet shop. We are proud to present you with any easy online resource for choosing the items that you want to order. The way it works is as follows:

1. Choose the products you want to purchase and add them to your shopping basket.

2. Put in your contact details.

3. Send off your order to us at the click of button.

4. Wait for us to contact you with a final price including carriage and your discount.

5. Once your payment is processed we will send out your goods to you (carefully packed!!) by pallet or by courier.

Please note that we offer a wide range of discounts and trade terms to customers who fulfil certain conditions. Please contact us for more information on how the discount structure works.

Retail discounts are available on spend as low as £100, see below for more details:

invoices with a net value of over £100 extra 10% discount

invoices with a net value of over £500 extra 15% discount

invoices with a net value of over £850 extra 20% discount

invoices with a net value of over £1500 extra 22% discount

Above discounts apply per invoice and are not cumulative over time. If you are regularly spending more, then you could be eligible for our TRADE discounts - contact us for more details!"

We also offer discounts for schools, clubs, guilds and societies - please ask for more details on CLUB discounts.

Prices shown on our website are retail prices EXCLUDING VAT and delivery unless otherwise shown.

Discounts do not apply to slip, kilns or other machinery.
