Earthenware Crayon Red

Ceraline Crayons are designed to easily draw designs onto ceramic surfaces. The crayons are made with ceramic stains and metallic coloring oxides in a wax base which can be used to decorate all manner of ceramic surfaces.

Use onto bisque with simple line drawings to areas of wide colour.  The design will be indelible and will not "dust" or rub off during application.

These crayons will resist glaze.

While glazing and firing the lines form a barrier between the surfaces to be glazed.  The result is a mat coloured line between glazed surfaces.

Each crayon is 14.5cm long and can be fired from cone 05 to 01.  If fired to higher temperatures the colours may vary.
